Responsibilities

Support the analysis of commercial processes and gather requirements.
Collaborate in the mapping of operational flows, under the supervision of senior team members.
Prepare technical and functional documentation to support projects.
Participate in testing activities and verify the effectiveness of solutions.
Contribute to improving communication between the IT team and business stakeholders.
Assist in the operational management of suppliers and system integrators for assigned activities.

Requisites

Mandatory:

Willingness to learn mainframe systems AS400/Power.
Brief experience (e.g., internship, university projects, or 1–2 years) in IT or process analysis.
Interest in typical GDO processes (e.g., order flows, pricing, assortment).
Analytical skills, problem‑solving, and teamwork orientation.
Continuous improvement attitude and good communication with technical and business interlocutors.

Preferred:

Degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Economics or related scientific disciplines.
Basic knowledge of process modelling (e.g., BPMN).
Basic knowledge of IBM RPG / RPGLE or SQL.


Additional Information

Workplace: In person at Uffici Centro Direzionale - Cerea, via Palesella 1.
Hours: Monday to Friday, weekend on-call duty available.
