Based in our headquarters in Campogalliano (MO), Italy, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Treasury Associate to join our Finance Team.This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented professional who is willing to bring his / her own experience, learn by doing in a dynamic and fast-growing team, and contribute to the digitalization of our financial processes.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of the day-to-day treasury operations, such as posting customer receipts and supplier paymentsEnsuring reconciliation of all bank balances and timely upload of bank statements into the Treasury SystemPreparing month-end financial closing, accruals, and highlighting significant judgmental areas within cash management and liquidityEnsuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies and proceduresJOB QUALIFICATIONSAt least 2 years of experience in treasury or financeAcademic background in Accounting or FinanceProficiency in Excel and working knowledge of MS OfficeGood command of EnglishSKILLS and ATTITUDESAbility to work under tight deadlinesAnalytical mindset and attention to detailTeam-oriented attitudeMotivated to learn and open-minded
