Travelive planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients. All guests have access to our 24 / 7 in-destination support.We are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking an experienced Travel Planner, focused on incoming travel to Italy. This is a remote position based in Italy.Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.Responsibilities include :Master Travelive destinations, itineraries, and services with a primary focus on ItalyCreate client profiles and prepare client quotationsEnsure inquiries are dealt with in a precise and timely manner ascertaining all requirementsConvert enquiries and meet sales targetsOffer bespoke travel solutions tailored to individual client needs, crafting unique itineraries to fulfill specific requestsMaintain organized communication, quotations, and reportsStay current with the travel industry and destination trends, our company, industry training and toolsQualified applicants should have :In depth knowledge of travel destinations in ItalyExperience planning and selling luxury travel in ItalyProficiency in Microsoft Office, Company CRM, and Booking PlatformTeam-oriented mindset, extremely motivated, and able to work independentlyAbility to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressureStrong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlinesCandidates should embody a sociable, passionate, and sophisticated demeanorFluency in English both written and verbalMinimum of 4 years’ experience in the travel industry especially in the Italian travel marketImpeccable attention to detail ensuring flawless execution of all travel arrangementsTravelive offers :A unique opportunity to grow within one of the leading Destination Management Companies in the travel industryFriendly and professional working environmentAn international and diverse work atmosphereContinuous opportunities for career progressionThe initial 2-week training will be conducted in Travelive’s EU headquarters in Athens - GreeceCompensation is based on experience and includes salary and monthly bonuses for meeting sales targets.Only applications submitted in English and with a cover letter will be considered.
