HT is composed of five Centers : Neurogenomics, Computational Biology, Structural Biology, Genomics, and Health Data Science. The Centers work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment that will help promote life science research both nationally and internationally.The Travel Operator will be part of the Administration Department will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The travel Operator is responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements for HT staff and guests ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant travel services. This role includes booking transportation, accommodations, and handling travel documentation while providing high-quality support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.Key tasks and responsabilities :Organize and book business travel (e.g. flights, accommodations, local transportation) for HT employees and guests.Assist in the registration, processing, and reimbursement of travel and mission expenses.Maintain accurate travel and expense records and contribute to monthly reconciliation.Support the setup and operation of the SAP Concur system for travel and expense tracking.Provide professional support to travelers before, during, and after their trips.Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Essential requirements :Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).Fluency in English (spoken and written).Preferential requirements :Previous experience in a similar role.Experience with travel booking tools and / or SAP Concur.Knowledge of Italian.Organizational and social skills :Strong communication and organizational skills.Service-oriented mindset and team-working ability.Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.Application instructions :To apply, please send the following :A CV.A motivation letter in English relating your track record to the specifics of the call.Why Human Technopole?HT seeksscientific excellence and recruits top talents through international, open calls.
