About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious graduate to join our small but dynamic team based in Florence. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone at the start of their professional career, who thrives on both creative and organizational tasks. You will be trained to contribute across several areas of our business, including:
Responsibilities
Creating and managing bespoke travel itineraries
Coordinating guides, drivers, and suppliers
Assisting with invoicing and operational support
Producing high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, social media, newsletters, and basic website updates
Using AI tools, Canva, WordPress, and other platforms to generate and edit content
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Italian (near-native or native level), with excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
University graduate with a degree in Literature, Humanities, Communications, Languages, Tourism, or related fields.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Tech-savvy and confident learning new tools and systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Based in or willing to relocate to Florence, Italy.
