Key Responsibilities:

Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders).
Organize retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities.
Request notices of dispute from carriers and enter freight dispute orders if necessary.
Analyze carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers.
Handle invoicing processes and instruct the customs broker for export formalities.
Arrange truck loading (transport, excluding courier services).
Complete export documents (customs documents).
Prepare delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet).
Complete import documents and manage import operations.
Provide instructions to customs brokers (check customs documents and supply correct information for import formalities).
Handle customer complaints regarding quality and quantity, and communicate corrective actions to internal teams.
Meet customer deadlines for express, gold, and special transports.
Coordinate with various back offices and work in synergy across different countries and cultures.

Position reports to the Logistics Coordinator, based in Casale Monferrato.
Experience: 1-3 years.
Studies: High School/Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Economics.
