Role Overview
The Transportation Specialist will manage daily transportation operations, coordinate with carriers, optimize shipping performance, and support cross-border logistics between Europe and China. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient delivery.
Manage relationships with carriers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Monitor transportation KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support cross-border logistics, compliance, and customs documentation.
Analyze transportation data to identify optimization opportunities.
Handle issue resolution regarding delays, damages, or exceptions.
Collaborate with teams in China and Europe to support overall supply chain operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required to coordinate with HQ and regional teams.
Fluent in English; Italian is a strong plus.
2+ years experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain roles (e-commerce experience preferred).
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with logistics systems and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
