OverviewThe L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and vendor/seller POCs. L2 Associates are expected to honor requests from vendors to inbound inventory, address shipment concerns, help save freight, and resolve appointment-related queries while providing process improvement suggestions.ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all timesProvide and expedite prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partnersEffectively manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrixDemonstrate excellent time-management skillsMaintain or exceed targeted performance metricsActively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvementsBasic QualificationsGraduation in any specialization from a recognized universityExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) in languageAbility to communicate correctly and clearly with all customersGood comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers presentAbility to concentrate – follow customers’ issues through to resolutionWork successfully in a team environment as well as independentlyFamiliarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet ExplorerExcellent typing skillsDemonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websitesDemonstrates proficient knowledge of email applicationsPreferred QualificationsLogistics background and experience in a similar roleProficient in ExcelOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
