Responsibilities
Design, drive and lead the transformation program within Business Assurance with intended and desired change effects in line with strategy;
Develop a holistic implementation plan according to best practice change / transformational leadership principles;
Develop and nurture strong positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of change;
Uncovering potential blockers that could undermine progress and desired change;
Depending on the transformation initiative you will lead a matrix team of internal and external resources;
Facilitate effective meeting points for cross-functional teams to collaborate and co-create as well as resolving complex issues;
Drive initiatives following the Superior Customer Experience roadmaps;
Develop frameworks and concepts for efficient digital customer journeys enabling our high ambitions around digitalization;
Contribute to formation of our Customer Centric and UX strategies based on our ambitions;
Be a thought leader into digitalization of customer touch points focusing on potential in new digital technologies such as AI, Automation and similar;
Reporting on progress to Program Sponsors and wider Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Requirements
Strong experience of leading and delivering large scale transformational / change programs;
Subject matter expert in change leadership;
Consultant / advisory background is a plus;
Experience with global leaders in service, consultancy, insurance, and / or IT domain;
Experience and deep understanding of how great digital customer journeys are implemented and why, both from a people, process, and technological perspective;
Experience in rolling out large transformational programs;
Preferably experience in facilitation and run design process, workshops, user research, interaction design and user testing;
Proven track record in various large-scale projects, including background in Project Management, IT Architectural design and development and driving high impact and outcome driven solutions;
Experience in driving automation initiatives in business and IT leveraging various AI and automation technology suites;
Experience working with and managing digital partners;
Highly developed interpersonal, advocacy and communication skills;
Excellent oral and written English skills.
