Your Contribution to Prysmian's Success
As part of our HR Transmission Department, we are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Headquarters in Milan. Reporting directly to the Transmission HR People Development Manager, you will:

Collect and analyse training needs in line with business and technical requirements of the Transmission division.
Co‑design, develop, and deliver technical and soft‑skills training programmes (classroom, digital, blended).
Liaise with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Manage training logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.

What You Will Have the Chance to Do

Contribute to global Transmission projects by equipping people with the right skills in a fast‑evolving, multicultural environment.
Ensure training programmes stay aligned with technological and market shifts, while engaging a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce under tight deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

Fluent in English and Italian.
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics.
3+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role within structured and complex organisations (preferably in industrial, engineering or project‑based environments).
Knowledge of training needs analysis and competency mapping.
Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes (classroom, digital, blended).
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Proactive approach and willingness to innovate in learning solutions.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Decision‑making attitude, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Strong teamwork skills, results‑oriented and ambitious mindset.
