OverviewFor our iconic client, a leading brand in the luxury Watch sector, we are currently searching for a dynamic Sales Trainer, to take the lead of the new Training department, the aim of which is to train and coach boutique sales staff throughout the Retail network in (northern) Italy.ResponsibilitiesAdapt and promote the Brand training programs across the Italian Retail operations, acting as a business partner with the Sales and Marketing teamsAlongside HQ Training teams, develop training and coaching programs using the appropriate tools (client experience, sales techniques, product & know-how training, history, and Maison DNA)Build a Retail training path to support the direct distribution and guide the development of the retail sales associatesSet-up a dedicated coaching program for top stores and POSSupport top management on training needs, linked to business prioritiesBuild with the Wholesale team a dedicated training strategy for distributors (animation and training for key partners), linked to business priorities in order to develop the sell-outPilot Mystery Shopping waves in liaison with the sales teams : develop Retail excellence (sales ceremony, client experience, CRM activity, etc.) alongside the store managersFollow-up and reporting of the training activities (ROI, e-learning tool) with an emphasis on continuous improvementProfile / QualificationsYou have a university degree and min. 5 years of field Retail experience (sales, boutique supervision, training)You have min. 3 years of retail specific training experience and ideally 2 years of project management experience (organized and details oriented)You have knowledge in Watchmaking from either work experience or passion for the domain (collector)You are fluent in Italian and EnglishYou have a global vision & understanding of the business across the retail networkYou have a proven ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYou can work well with others as well as independently, with mínimal supervisionYou have a solid expertise with the entire Ms Office SuiteYou have outstanding written, verbal communication and presentation skillsYou are able to travel 50-70% or your work timeYou have a good sense of humor, are charismatic and highly enthusiastic
