The Role
We are seeking a passionate and versatile Training & Development Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs. While a core focus will be on our products operations, this role is central to fostering a culture of excellence by also facilitating skill-based training, onboarding for new hires, and promoting our company culture. You will be the catalyst for growth for both our internal teams and external partners.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is a seasoned trainer from the consumer electronics or retail industry, an excellent communicator, and fluent in English (B2+). You are a dynamic facilitator who is equally comfortable explaining a technical feature, teaching a soft skill, and embodying the company values.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Comprehensive Training: Facilitate engaging training sessions on product knowledge, retail sales skills, company culture, and new hire onboarding (both offline and online).
Program Design & Management: Design, develop, and continuously update a diverse library of training materials and curricula to meet evolving business needs.
Training Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute training events, workshops, and the onboarding schedule.
Training Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and by analyzing field KPIs to demonstrate ROI and identify new opportunities.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to ensure training alignment with product launches, sales goals, and people development strategies.
Market Intelligence: Contribute to benchmarking and market analysis to keep our training content competitive.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in training or similar roles within the consumer electronics sector.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
English level B2 or higher.
Willingness to travel across Italy.
On-site work at our Milan office. Must be able to commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting work (mandatory)
What We Offer
Contract and level defined based on experience (CCNL Commercio).
Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €40,000.
