We are currently recruiting a talented trainee lawyer to join our Litigation team in Milan.
You will be supporting senior lawyers and partners who are focused on commercial litigation and act in disputes encompassing a wide range of areas and several industries.
The team mainly provides assistance in advising multinational clients and litigating commercial disputes in both court and arbitral proceedings.

Responsibilities
Legal research and due diligence
Assistance in drafting legal opinions
Assistance in contract drafting
Analysis of contractual agreements and other legal documents
Full engagement and involvement in client matters
Qualifications
Law degree with great academic results
Candidates will preferably expect to sit for the first session of Italian Bar Exam in 2026
Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English
Minimum 6 months' experience in commercial and civil litigation is preferred and will be considered a plus
Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills
