Job Description
The ideal candidate is a law graduate with initial experience in banking transactions, structured finance, general corporate loans, or trade finance. Interest in real estate and M&A transactions, particularly in energy and infrastructure sectors, is supportive.
Responsibilities

Assisting in delivering advice
Working with local and international teams of lawyers
Conducting legal research and case law studies
Handling specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance, and general corporate loans
Advising on shipping, maritime issues, and law
Advising on development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad

Skills and Experience

Law graduate
Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in a third language is a plus
Passion for client service
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, technical, and drafting skills

He/she would be energetic, driven, and focused with exceptional academic achievements and a capacity for delivering quality advice accurately and efficiently.
