This role will support our trademark attorneys in managing trademark portfolios, coordinating filings, renewals, and handling a variety of prosecution and enforcement matters.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file trademark applications, renewals, and other documents on the UIBM, including EUIPO and WIPO platforms.Provide support to foreign attorneys in filing, renewal, maintenance, and opposition matters.Maintain and manage our trademarks database, ensuring deadlines and renewals are tracked accurately.Maintain accurate records of trademark portfolios and generate reports as needed.Assist with trademark availability searches and initial search reports.Perform other tasks as assigned by attorneys.Experience RequiredMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in trademark law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.EducationPreferably a law degree.
