International Marketing & Communication, Permanent, Milano, IT, Trade Marketing Manager.
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our International Business Development Team in Bolton International based in Italy.
How Your Agenda Looks Like
Organize data reports and format (e.g., sell‑in, sell‑out, and plan building blocks)
Provide trade marketing and category management guidelines to BI countries (e.g., promotion policy, in‑store activation, shopper marketing, assortment recommendations, channel strategy)
Triple net mapping and risk analysis (with CoE Sales)
Facilitate best practice sharing
Develop trade storytelling materials
Your Team
You will directly report to the International Business Development Director and manage a Trade Marketing Specialist.
What Makes You a Great Fit
5‑7 years in Sales and Trade Marketing within a multinational FMCG company.
Strong background in Trade Marketing is a must.
Willing to travel.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Tools: map, scale up and develop common tools
