Overview
Trade Development Manager — Torino The Advocate Group – in partnership with Monster Energy. Join one of the world’s fastest-growing drinks brands! Bold, dynamic, and globally recognised, Monster is at the forefront of the energy drinks category, and we’re now supporting them in the search for a Trade Development Manager to drive growth across Rome.
Responsibilities
Executing market activations and promotions in Rome.
Coaching and training distribution partner teams.
Winning new independent retail accounts while supporting existing ones.
Ensuring the right product mix and distribution in-store.
Driving placement of POS materials and merchandising.
Delivering market insights and timely reporting.
About You / Qualifications
Experienced in sales, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient.
A strong communicator with excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Confident working independently but also a true team player.
Flexible, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in Italian with solid business English skills.
Holder of a driving licence and comfortable with travel across Rome.
