Overview
Tour Expert - Cruise Ships
Location: Onboard international cruise ships (global destinations)
Contract: Fixed-term (5 months ±1), full-time. Contract length: 4-6 months.
Responsibilities

Sell and promote shore excursions
Coordinate and support guests during onshore activities
Ensure safety, satisfaction, and smooth logistics
Provide translations and assist with guest needs

Requirements

Eligibility to work in EU (EU-passport holders) – The company does not provide visa
Experience in sales or tourism
Fluent in English, Italian, and either German or French
Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to live and work onboard throughout the contract
