FieldCore, part of Gas Power, installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, ensuring reliable and affordable energy.Role OverviewThe Tooling Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, updating, and coordinating tooling records, visual inspections, and shipping logistics within the warehouse. The role involves updating databases to ensure accurate tracking of materials and tooling status, along with other duties to support organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack tooling and calibration work orders.Monitor shipments sent to customers and returned for calibration.Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure kits are properly stocked.Update records of calibrated tools and add new tools to the database.Coordinate and package supplies for outages.Ensure kits include proper documentation and calibration certificates before shipping.Issue purchase orders to replenish stock as needed.Maintain warranty records and coordinate part replacements.Coordinate shipping with Service Managers for timely delivery and repair.Perform visual inspections of kits and replace parts as necessary.Follow and update safety and operational procedures.Submit billing reports and maintain warehouse housekeeping to meet EHS standards.Ensure timely delivery of kits with no quality issues.Perform additional duties as assigned.Special RequirementsWillingness to travel extensively and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities.Skills and QualificationsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals.Preferred experience in sourcing or logistics planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Proficiency in Turkish and good command of English.A university degree is preferred but relevant experience is highly valued.Our Culture and BenefitsWe prioritize professional growth, training, and creating an inclusive, supportive work environment.
