IQVIA is looking for a Therapy Training Specialist, a role where your expertise becomes a guiding light of support for patients with diabetes who self-administer insulin multiple times per day.These are new positions within a growing team created to address the increased demand for a medical device system that simplifies diabetes management for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.We are seeking candidates who are passionate about advancing healthcare and improving patient wellbeing. The ideal applicant will have a clear communication style, strong public speaking skills, the ability to demonstrate spontaneous empathy, build rapport readily, and an adaptable approach to tailor their delivery to the patients they are training.Working area: ToscanaResponsibilities:Work with a small number of hospital accounts in your assigned territoryWork closely with the field sales team to ensure awareness of patient training needs to maximize efficienciesSchedule and provide 1:1 training to patients, including device setup and use, gathering required consents to ensure positive onboardingProvide ongoing support to patients, supplementing the company's 24/7 technical assistance serviceParticipate in follow-up meetings to address patient and healthcare professional requestsPromote continuous technical training and raise awareness among diabetes teams on device managementCollaborate in the commercial cycle and prescription process, ensuring inventory management and seamless handoverEngage healthcare professionals in educational activities, organize local training events, and support during scientific eventsRequired Knowledge and Experience:Degree in scientific, economic, or humanities disciplines, or equivalent experience in technical-commercial activitiesA PhD is a plus but not requiredValid driver’s license (B) and availability for frequent travel within the area and nationwideKnowledge of English is beneficial but not mandatoryKnowledge of medical device market and therapies is advantageousExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plusWe offer:Temporary contractCompany carSales incentive planIQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates based on domicile, residence, and experience.
