We aim to offer the most exclusive luxury environment and services to enhance off-price sales for our tenants.Job DescriptionYour opportunityThe Mall Luxury Outlets is seeking a Security Specialist based at our Florence, Italy office.How you will contributeManage and maintain physical security systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee contractors' activities.Develop and test security procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.Collect and analyze security data, prepare reports, and conduct preliminary theft or shortage analyses.Stay updated with laws and regulations, liaise with vendors and security teams, and ensure adherence to security guidelines.Report risks, lead investigations, conduct security assessments, and serve as a contact point with police and other security entities.Ensure security services are performed effectively, address customer needs, oversee service quality, and support special events.Who you areAt least 4 years of experience in the security sector.Good knowledge of system management (Access control, CCTV, alarms, PSIM, and management software).Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information at a high level.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in security-related subjects is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in Italian and English.Why work with us?This is an excellent opportunity to join The Mall Luxury Outlets during a period of significant growth.
