Our people culture is shaped by distributed leadership, embracing dynamic principles that promote an open and collaborative workplace where everyone can thrive and bring their best selves.Are you ready to grow with us?We are looking for a passionate Testing Lab Technician to join our team in Bientina (PI).What you will do• Testing of fixed-speed electric pumps;• Testing of electric pumps with electronic speed control;• Testing of single and multi-pump automatic and connected pressurization systems;• Software and hardware testing on user interfaces of devices and their control and management systems;• Software testing of devices, control and management systems, and product-user communication;• Testing of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections to smartphones and cloud systems.Who you are• High School Diploma in Industrial Technical Institute (I.T.I.S.) or equivalent in electronics and telecommunications;• Preferred experience in a laboratory for testing and measuring electronic devices and/or electrical machines, transducers, flow and current meters;• Knowledge of laboratory instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers is essential;• Knowledge in one or more of the following subjects is essential: general electronics, electrical machines, basic software programming, and computer science;• Knowledge of the English language (B2 level);• Knowledge of integrated automation and measurement systems, such as National LabView and similar, is preferred;• Excellent teamwork skills;• Availability for short business trips between the Mestrino (PD) and Bientina (PI);• Good manual skills and confidence in mechanics/hydraulics for setting up test setups for devices, including electric pumps, electronic controls, hydraulic pipes, tanks, assembly and disassembly of products to be tested, etc;• Experience in soldering and desoldering discrete electronic components and SMD;• Preparation, calibration, and placement of thermocouples on mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts.What you will find – A place where you can growDistributed leadership encouraging a "can do" attitude;Global and multicultural environment;Continuous learning approach;International cross functional teams.We promote and support an inclusive culture, encouraging workforce diversity.
