We're currently looking for an experienced Test Manager to join one of Italy's biggest consultancies on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position, with 2 days per week in their Turin office.Technical skills/experience:Software lifecycle and testing processesExperience in both Functional Testing (Stand Alone, System Integration, E2E) and Non-Functional Testing.Utilization (and preferably configured) Test Management tools (Quality Centre, XRay, Spira, QTest, etc.).Test Automation tools.Good interactions with analysts, product owners, developers, other test teams, external suppliers, etc.Ability to manage one or more test teams (at least 3 years of experience).Ability to motivate the team.Responsibilities and Requirements:Key skills include Test Automation, Functional Testing, Telecommunications, Soft Skills, Timelines, Change Management, Test Cases, Developers, Availability, Automation, Writing, Integration, Strategy, Suppliers, Java, Documentation, Python, SQL, Software Testing, Planning, Leadership, Business Communication, and Management.
