At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable, and more connected world.Job OverviewThe TEOA Site Leader position is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Site Manager with a dotted line to the Regional TEOA Manager/Director. Business Unit management may modify this reporting relationship as appropriate.This management position requires strong organisational, communication, and project management skills, along with DIGITAL savviness.The TEOA Site Leader will report to the highest management level at the site.Candidate Profile:Coordinate with site management and the TEOA Team to develop the site-level Current State VSM, Future State VSM, and TEOA deployment plan based on TEOA Site Assessment to achieve plant performance objectives (Star levels).Discuss resource needs and priorities with site management to support the deployment plan.Plan, drive, and monitor the TEOA deployment at the site.Hold weekly follow-ups on improvement projects as per the deployment plan.Conduct monthly review meetings with plant management and EMEA TEOA Management to assess progress and adjust plans as necessary.Enhance employee knowledge by identifying training needs and organizing training on problem-solving techniques and TEOA tools.Deliver TEOA training according to the TEOA Learning Path in local languages (Novice & Apprentice).Share Successfully Demonstrated Practices (SDPs) with the TE community.Lead complex improvement projects, such as implementing new material flow systems.Translate digital needs into value creation initiatives.Manage the plant's digital budget, including CAPEX, OPEX, and TEIS development, enhancement, and deployment.Ensure digital value creation through the deployment of digital solutions.Participate actively in digital community events.Qualifications and Experience:B.S. in engineering or equivalent technician education.10-15 years of professional experience in production, logistics, or engineering, with economic knowledge.At least 5 years leading continuous improvement activities (e.g., Lean leadership).Hands-on experience with value stream mapping and TEOA tools; led at least 25 Kaizen events with results in areas like 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, Quick Changeover, and TPM.Experience with digital technologies such as MES.Proven digital implementation and project management skills.Big-picture thinker with knowledge of manufacturing processes, TEOA, and digital solutions.LI-DNIBuilding effective teams, motivating others, managing and measuring work, with values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
