This role includes supporting the tennis team during daily operations, private and group lessons, and special events, while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.What You Will Do:Be part of the pre-opening team!Assist in delivering a high-quality guest experience for private and group tennis instruction that exceeds guest expectations.Provide exceptional service by handling all member and guest interactions with professionalism, resolving complaints, and accommodating special requests.Greet guests and describe tennis services and related activities.Set up tennis courts for daily play with water, balls, towels, etc.Set up ball machine for guests to practice on courts.Report maintenance requests for wind screens, nets, and courts as needed.Restock towels, tennis balls, water, and supplies throughout the day.Maintain guest areas with fruit, snacks, and coffee.Work closely with tennis professionals and other staff during lessons and events.Keep the tennis facility clean and well-maintained.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.What You Bring:Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Customer service experience with attention to detail; previous experience in a tennis facility or knowledge of tennis is a plus.Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple duties simultaneously.Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.Confident, outgoing personality and a can-do attitude.Ability to stand, walk, and run for 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors for extended periods.Fluency in English and valid work authorization in the U.S.What We Offer:Competitive wages, comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with employer match (starting at 30 days), paid time off from day one, employee meals, discounted travel, tuition reimbursement, inclusive work environment, wellbeing initiatives, and diversity promotion.Schedule & Hours:This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Learn more about working at Naples Beach Club, Four Seasons Resort, visit us:Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity employer.
