This may involve:Formulation and dispersion of slurries and preparation of electrodes or coated separatorsCharacterization of the samples, including physical, mechanical and electrical testingContribute to Lab test development in collaboration with the scientists of the groupWrite Operating Instructions for laboratory activities according to best practices and safety requirementsCollaborate with the R&D Managers and Scientists to define internal Lab ProceduresCollaborate with the team to assure high quality, housekeeping and safety standardsSimple data elaboration and critical analysis of results to support the definition of next steps for experimental activities during the discussion with the reference scientistClear and organized communication and reporting of activities to the reference scientist and to the project teamQualificationsHigh School Diploma in Technical/Scientific Field of relevance to Solvay Materials and the Battery PlatformExperience in R&D or Technology preferred.Analytical and organizational skills.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office suiteGood written and oral communication within and outside the teamIntermediate knowledge of english is a plus (B1 level)6 MONTHS CONTRACT WITH AGENCYAbout UsSyensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
