Are you already a Transfertista?Would you like to work in an innovative and growing company?Gi Pro Mechanics 4.0 is Gi Group's specialization dedicated to enhancing the experience, skills, and potential of candidates in the mechanical, mechatronic, and electromechanical sectors.We are a team of passionate professionals committed to guiding our candidates towards roles and company environments that match their skills and expectations.For a stimulating and solid company in the industrial automation sector, we offer an opportunity as:Field Service EngineerThe candidate will report to the Service Manager and will be responsible for the installation, assistance, and repair of industrial systems.The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:Installation, testing, commissioning of machinery, and related technical assistance (troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments) at client sites worldwide;Training client personnel on installed machinery;Technical service on CAD/CAM systems both on-site and remotely;Supporting Sales & Marketing activities at potential clients and trade events for product promotion and technical specification definition;Service reporting;Establishing good working relationships with clients at all sites and ensuring their satisfaction at all times.The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:Experience in technical assistance mainly on industrial machinery;Technical diploma or equivalent;Problem-solving skills;Knowledge of mechanical, electronic/electrical, and pneumatic principles;Proficiency with mechanical and electrical measuring tools;Willingness and ability to travel worldwide (approximately 40% of the year);Problem-solving attitude;High proficiency in English (knowledge of a second language is a plus).Workplace: National and international territory;Contract type: CCNL Met.Ind., permanent employment, salary based on experience RAL 28k-35k (excluding overtime and travel allowances) + production bonuses.
