Quality System Management Support, Quality Manual, System procedures, Management Review, planning and conducting Internal Audits
Ability to read and interpret chemical / physical laboratory analyses, metallographic sections
Support services for failure analysis, root causes, management of product non-conformities
Definition and monitoring of KPIs, evaluation of customer satisfaction
Professional & Fluent English is mandatory
