Job Description:
Per Snam S.p.A., one of the world's leading energy infrastructure companies and a major Italian listed company by market capitalization, we are seeking to strengthen the Engineering, Construction & Solutions Department. We are looking for Permitting Technicians in the energy sector.
The selected candidates will work within the Engineering, Construction & Solutions Department, responsible for assessing the technical and economic feasibility of investments, basic and detailed design, and preparing technical documentation for obtaining permits for the construction of natural gas transport and storage facilities. They will primarily handle activities such as:

Technical activities related to easement agreements, negotiations on construction methods, costs, and land use considerations;
Handling damage compensation processes, including market investigations and estimations;
Managing authorization procedures with public and private entities for laying pipelines and related permits, especially in the energy field.

Requirements:

Diploma in Surveying/Agro-technical Expert and/or Degree in Architecture;
Experience in similar activities within technical firms or public entities;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Proficiency in English;

Availability for a preliminary training period (6-12 months) at the San Donato Milanese office and subsequent willingness for ongoing travel across Italy, particularly in Central-Southern regions, is required.
Experience in managing relations with public authorities and knowledge of environmental and urban planning procedures, as well as national and EU environmental and energy regulations, will be considered advantageous.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills, along with reliability and responsibility, are essential.
