These Senior Managers will support the firm’s growth by helping clients improve performance through technology transformations and modernization programs across various industries.Position – Specific responsibilities : The Technology Advisory Strategy Managers will provide expert guidance to client executives, enabling value creation through technology. Key focus areas include:Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability, and governance designProduct strategy and innovation, including deploymentTechnology investment roadmaps and value creation plansTechnology cost reduction, outsourcing, and transformationTechnology assessments, re-platforming, rationalization, and consolidationTechnology due diligence, carve-outs, and merger integrationsIT crisis management and project turnaroundRequirements : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) preferred. 4-8 years of relevant IT consulting experience, preferably from top-tier strategy firms or specialized boutiques. Experience in Corporate IT Operations & Consulting is a strong plus. Candidates should have solid IT knowledge or proven experience in digital, technology, or IT projects, including software delivery, infrastructure, governance, or security. Experience with private equity, M&A, value creation, and integration strategies is advantageous. Leadership qualities, collaboration skills, resilience, and self-motivation are essential. The ability to plan and execute strategic visions, analyze data, and work under pressure is required. Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels are crucial. A personal interest in technology and digital trends is expected.Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Location: Milan.
