We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing and managing technical documentation for our products / air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable documents.Main responsibilities :To draft and update technical manuals, user guides, and maintenance documentation for our air conditioning systems.Collaborate with engineers, designers and other technical experts to gather accurate and up-to-date information.Ensure all documentation complies with corporate and regulatory standards.Manage the version and archiving of technical documentation.Provide support in the training of internal and external personnel on the use of technical documentation.Attend project meetings to understand technical specifications and documentation requirements.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree (also short) in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.Experience also as a short Technical Writer, preferably in the field of production of air conditioning systems or in any technical area.Excellent writing and communication skills in Italian (knowledge of technical English is a plus).Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.Familiarity with authoring and documentation management software InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Office, etc.).Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.WHAT WE OFFER YOUA role where you can actively contribute to the company's success and take on responsibilityInternational work environmentVariety of training and development opportunitiesHigh Work-Life Balance
