Transform the everyday with us. We are looking for a Technical Trainer for cloud software solutions to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Siemens Building Software Delivery Support organization of Smart Infrastructure business.

Your Challenge
As Technical Trainer, your mission will be to ensure effective knowledge transfer and successful training delivery within Siemens Smart Infrastructure's technical environment.
Your main activities will be:

Drive the planning and implementation of training concepts and offerings on a global scale.
Provide support in project management and communication towards relevant collaborators.
Collaborate and communicate with Product Management in headquarters to define learning module contents and align on training roadmap.
Collaborate and connect with Delivery, Sales and Pre-Sales organizations worldwide to collect requirement needs for training, suggestions for enhancement and to align training availability and readiness.
Update and maintain training material following product development.
Assist, define and prepare content creation of digital learning material: writing, recording, visual aids creation, editing, post-production, publishing.
Maintain and enhance the lab environment needed for instructor-led training.
Plan, prepare and conduct remote instructor-led trainings.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience within a software-driven business.
Preferably previous training or teaching experience.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in an agile changing environment.
Passion for continuous growth.
Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
Eligibility to work in Italy.
