This position reports to the Technical Sales Support Team Leader.Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to use your technical skills and knowledge to support the Sales Support team by responding to customer inquiries. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners for technical requests. The work model for the role is: LI-Onsite. You will be mainly accountable for:Providing internal and external Technical Sales Support (e.g., technical support, Technical Documentation) and coordinating with relevant resources to ensure complete case ownership and increase Customer Satisfaction.Supporting customers during Pre-sales / Post-sales technical inquiries.Ensuring resolution of customer issues (e.g., Technical Support, Technical Documentation) by coordinating with Product Marketing, Factories, Service, and other internal and/or external teams.Recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure complete handling of the requests.Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and understanding their needs.Collaborating with Product Marketing and other internal teams to maintain and update technical documentation to enhance self-service options.Representing the Voice of the Customer within local teams. Providing feedback to internal and external teams to align processes with customer expectations.Applying Safety Rules and Safe Practices, performing tasks safely to promote safety in daily activities.Qualifications for the RoleHighly skilled in Sales Force and Excel.3-5 years of experience in similar roles.Enhanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles.Proactive approach with demonstrated ownership of customer issues.Diploma of electrical or electronic technician.Fluent in Italian and English communication.More about usWe value people from diverse backgrounds.
