Our main local brands include FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, serving the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors.We are offering a role as aSales Technical Support SpecialistReporting to the Technical Support Manager Italy, based at our plant in Italy.The position is initially fixed-term.The role involves providing pre-sales and post-sales assistance for products sold by Aliaxis Italy (brands FIP, ASTORE, REDI, ISEA, and resales) to both the sales team (domestic and export) and customers, ensuring compliance with market service standards.Key Responsibilities include:Assisting sales teams and customers with product identification and technical solution proposals, responding promptly to inquiries.Preparing quotations for special out-of-catalogue products and complex tenders requiring technical expertise.Collaborating with suppliers to define custom products/accessories, considering availability, performance, and costs.Providing post-sales support regarding operation and maintenance consultancy.Managing claims activities, including goods returns, technical analysis, and reporting.Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in products, documentation, and services, in collaboration with Marketing, Quality, and Innovation departments.Communicating about near misses and hazardous situations detected during activities in production areas.Candidate Profile:Technical Institute Diploma or recent graduate in Engineering.Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Good communication skills and conflict management ability.Proactive and analytical mindset.Manual skills are a plus.
