We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Associate for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.
You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.

Job description:

Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
Communicate with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
Analyze regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.
Research market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry technologies.
Support business travel for client meetings and company events.
Support other business needs as required.

Your skills and experience:

PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
Outstanding communication skills in English (listening, verbal, written).
Proactive with a pioneering spirit.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Native or business-level proficiency in Italian.
