We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support (associate level) position for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. The position is based in Italy and involves remote work.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with sales teams to promote business opportunities and achieve payment collection and settlement targets.
Providing timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and offering solutions when necessary.
Analyzing regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant customer information.
Conducting market research on requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest industry technologies.
Traveling as needed to support client meetings and company events.
Supporting other business needs as they arise.
Your skills and experience:
PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.
Outstanding listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.
Proactive attitude with a pioneering spirit. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Native or business-level proficiency in Italian.
