We are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Associate for the Southern Europe region. This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organisation, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.
You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.
Location: Remote
Job descriptions:

Communicating with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and completing quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.
Timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.
Supporting the analysis of regional potential customer groups and collecting relevant customer information.
Conducting market research on requirements, product competitiveness, and technological developments.
Supporting business travel for client meetings and company events.
Supporting other business requirements as needed.

Your skills and experience:

PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields.
Experience in high-throughput sequencing preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proactive attitude and pioneering spirit.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Native or business-level Italian language skills.
