This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.Location: RemoteJob descriptions:Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and complete quarterly and annual payment collection and settlement targets.Maintain timely communication with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.Analyze regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.Conduct research and analysis on market requirements, product competitiveness, and the latest scientific and technological developments.Travel when required to support client meetings and company events.Support other business needs as required.Your skills and experience:PhD or M.S. in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.Excellent listening, verbal, and written English communication skills.Proactive with a pioneering spirit.
