This role is highly collaborative and requires drive, organization, and an excellent NGS background. You will work closely with different business sectors and deliver technical support activities to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth. You are expected to work within the internal TS team and must be based in Italy.Location: RemoteJob descriptions:Communicate with sales teams to promote business opportunities, and complete payment collection and settlement targets.Communicate with customers to resolve pre-sales issues and provide solutions when necessary.Analyze regional potential customer groups and collect relevant customer information.Conduct market research on requirements, product competitiveness, and latest industry technologies.Travel as needed for client meetings and company events.Support other business requirements as needed.Your skills and experience:PhD or M.S in molecular biology, genetics, or related fields. Experience in high-throughput sequencing is preferred.Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.Proactive, with a pioneering spirit.
