Responsibilities
Responsible for debugging guidance of the corresponding regional products, organizing technical training, maintenance and upgrading work (including inverters, data collectors, and management systems).
Carry out product technology and solution work such as photovoltaic inverters; responsible for drafting and reviewing technical agreements, provision of project technical information, and drafting and reviewing technical bids.
Collect and study medium‑to‑long‑term needs of customers for products, provide demand input for the company's product planning and development, and participate in the process review of photovoltaic inverter product development and iteration.
Responsible for market docking, intelligence information collection and analysis of photovoltaic inverter products, and responsible for market demand customer technical support and answering questions.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Associate Bachelor degree or above, engineering (automation, electrical, computer, mechanical, etc.) background.
Experience in electrical equipment, software and hardware delivery and maintenance services.
Former working experience in PV or inverter field, with electrical related certificate.
Strong English ability, can be used as a working language, and can adapt to long‑term business trips.
Have a strong sense of customer service, be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and have strong coordination skills.
