Our client is a leader in parking management systems, with over 16,000 systems installed worldwide. Their solutions allow their customers, public and private car park Managers, to optimise the management of their car parks, offering innovative services to users. They are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience with both automation system implementation projects and maintenance within both remote and on-site settings. By joining the company, you will benefit from a comprehensive training program on their products. At the end of your training, you will intervene in the field in full autonomy where you will be a key element of the relationships our client maintains with their customers. The team is looking for motivated people with a strong passion for problem-solving and teamwork.Main DutiesExperience in implementations / installation of complex systems : video surveillance, access controls, networksKnowledge of Microsoft Windows (Win 10 / Server 2016 and up)Good knowledge of EnglishAnalysis and communication skillsOrientation to results and customer satisfactionProject / activity managementConfiguration and activation of parking systemsManage customer requestsSystem maintenance, functional checksTechnical support to the Commercial team and customers on sales products and solutionsSupervision of the work of third-party suppliers and contractorsTraining for customers / operatorsCompany PC and mobile phoneTechnical Support • Lombardia, Bellusco, Italy
