Technical Services Manager at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
Join us as a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to advise and support customers on their journey to becoming intelligent and sustainable enterprises by accelerating cloud transformation. You will act as a technical advisor, assess business requirements, design solutions from SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio, ensure smooth transitions, and serve as escalation point for technical issues.
Responsibilities
Act as a technical advisor helping customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey with tailored‑to‑fit cloud solutions.
Assess customers’ SAP landscape business requirements and navigate and mitigate cloud adoption challenges in collaboration with business network partners.
Understand business transformation goals, suggest solutions and services, and position SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio offerings.
Ensure smooth transitions by identifying issues and designing optimal configurations to maximize performance and availability.
Act as escalation point for technical issues and drive resolution.
Qualifications and Requirements
Expertise in SAP technologies and products with comprehensive knowledge of SAP Basis or S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools or SAP HANA.
Solid know‑how of hyper‑scalers.
Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load‑balancer, virtual machine).
Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions.
Extensive consulting experience in technology consulting with a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction.
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is an advantage.
Location
The position can be located either in Roma or Milan (Vimercate).
