Role and Responsibilities

Providing technical support to customers.
Providing technical training to team and customers.
Visiting clients and prospects together with Sales Engineer/Sales Manager.
Identifying new growth opportunities in the business area and providing the technical support to acquire these.
Initiating and supporting new product launches.
Providing feedback on product performance to Headquarters and having an important role in the development of new products.
Taking a leading role in “Technical” driven activities.
Interpreting and communicating laboratory results.
Managing a small team of TS-engineers and the Laboratory.
Member of the Engineering management team.

Knowledge and Experience

Degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering.
Manufacturing process or production experience, ideally gained in an organization involved in Metal Working.
Understanding of actual Environmental, Health and Safety legislations and its impact.
Proven track record of achievements.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are considered a plus.
Current network in Metalworking fluids / industrial cleaners.

Additional Information
