Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team.
Assist customers with fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email.
Analyze related data to improve data accuracy and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate with other departments and report product issues in a timely manner.
Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers.
Attend industry conferences and events.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
Background in science; major in electrical engineering is preferred.
At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
