Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team;
Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email;
Analyze related data and assist in improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction;
Coordinate with other departments and report product issues in a timely manner;
Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;
Participate in industry conferences and events;
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

Background in science, preferably in electricity and electrical engineering;
At least three years of relevant work experience, with a background in renewable energy industry preferred;
Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure;
Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
