Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team;Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email;Analyze related data and assist in improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction;Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly;Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;Attend industry conferences and events;Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.QualificationsBackground in science, with a major in electrical engineering preferred;At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus;Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure;Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
