1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team;2. Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email;3. Analyze related data and assist in improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction;4. Communicate with other departments and report product issues in a timely manner;5. Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;6. Attend industry conferences and events;7. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.Qualifications1. Background in science, preferably in electricity & electrical engineering;2. At least three years of relevant work experience; experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus;3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, and strong resilience under pressure;4. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
