Bridgestone is looking for a Technical Service Coordinator for its Roma Plant, responsible for the industrialization of new products, optimization of manufacturing processes, and supporting plant management in tire/process technical features. This role is key to ensuring premium quality in tire production and leading the implementation of new technologies and digital methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate industrialization activities and continuous process improvement
Supervise Technical Service operations
Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Plant Staff to ensure quality and compliance
Implement digital tools and data-driven methodologies
Support certifications and periodic audits
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience in tire manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of PSR processes and design techniques
Expertise in Project Management, ISO/TS 16949, problem solving, and stakeholder management
Soft Skills
Leadership, strategic thinking, results‑oriented
Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams and corporate functions
Aptitude for working in complex, multi-target environments
