Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to become the go-to expert for their clients and partners. This is a 35 hours/week position based in Milan, Italy, offering a unique opportunity to work in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver monthly training sessions to distributors, installers, and EPCs on product solutions, installation, and commissioning.
Identify and elevate sales challenges, ensuring timely resolution and communication to customers.
Visit key partners regularly to gather feedback and new portfolio requests.
Analyze local market trends, competitor portfolios, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with the sales team to validate forecasts and portfolio accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical/business field.
Experience in the renewable energy industry is a big plus.
Strong communication and commercial skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a bonus.
