Technical Sales ManagerThe Technical Sales Manager leads the Technical Sales Team and supports Sales with technical expertise.Achieve and maintain NPS Score to a Best in Class levelRole PurposeManagement of the technical support team by nurturing a pro-active approach and accountable mindset.Ensure the "customer first" mentality in the team through email and phone availability to support internal/external customers.Monitoring of cross-reference activities and performances.Commercial support to specialists involved in the development of customized solutions.Team alignment according to the objectives / KPIsCoaching and further development of employeesResponsabilitiesIdentify business opportunities on assigned customersIdentify customer needs by actively listening to their needsDevelop strategic relationships with customersPrepare customized development plans for customersBuilding a professional and proactive relationship with customers, maintaining it over timeMaintain up-to-date customer data in the CRM in the company database to better position our offer and our services according to the type of customerPropose customized solutions to create business and projects (industrial, e-commerce.)Study, understand and use the RS value proposition and internal processesEnsure optimal productivity, through good planning and collaboration with Internal Sales functionInteract with other internal functions, to offer the best solutionPeriodically align customer and supplier goalsParticipate in communication initiatives and events i.e. Fairs, Exhibitions, Campaigns and special EventsBecome the point of reference for assigned customers, representing the quality standards of RSRequirementsProven experience in a Technical Sales or Sales Management role, preferably in B2B or industrial/electronics sectorsStrong leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and performance alignmentSolid commercial acumen and ability to translate customer needs into tailored technical solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and customer-centric mindsetAbility to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers over timeBuilding a professional and proactive relationship with customers, maintaining it over timeFamiliarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate and updated customer recordsStrong planning and organizational skills to ensure productivity and cross-functional collaborationGood understanding of value-based selling and internal sales processesFluent in English; additional languages are a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is appreciatedAbout RS GroupAcross the industrial design, manufacturing and maintenance worlds, we’re the digital destination for product and service solutions to help our customers with the maintenance, repair and operation of their businesses.We provide global access to an unrivalled range of over 750,000 stocked industrial products.
